Success Factor Intuition
Worldwide studies show that managers in leadership positions follow their gut feeling to a high
30 bis 60% of all important decisions are determined by intuition.
Nathal® method takes intuition out of your randomness. A now target-oriented information retrieval enables the active use of our intuitive abilities. An otherwise random great idea can be specifically brought about by the NATHAL® exercises.
Steve Jobs said in a high-profile “intuition” speech: “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”
“According to my research, every second decision in large companies is a gut decision,” said Gerd Gigerenzer, Professor of Psychology and Director of the Center for Risk Competence at the Max Planck Institute (article in the Swiss Handelszeitung, 2018).
In the online article of the Handelszeitung „Wie Top-Manager heute Entscheidungen treffen” („How top managers make decisions today”) you can read: “Entrepreneurs like Beat Guhl often don’t rely on the key figures that their business software spits out at decisive moments. It’s their intuition, their gut feeling. This observation has also been made by the Indian entrepreneur Saras Sarasvathy since she founded her first company. Instead of systematically calculating risks and opportunities using data from market research and sales forecasts, Sarasvathy, who is now a professor at the Business School of the University of Virginia, has found that entrepreneurs have relied mostly on their intuition.
“For 60 percent of the 600 executives surveyed in German and Austrian companies, the key factor in strategic decisions is intuition and exchange with colleagues” reported WirtschaftsWoche on its online portal as the result of a study in 2013.
