The impor­t­an­ce of burn-out is con­stant­ly increa­sing and also affec­ts peop­le under 30. Women and men are equal­ly affec­ted.

The avo­id­ance of burn-out is con­vey­ed by exp­lai­ning spe­cial aspec­ts that are not auto­ma­ti­cal­ly assu­med to occur with burn-out.

Prag­ma­tic pro­ce­du­res are inter­na­li­sed intel­lec­tual­ly and emo­tio­nal­ly in such a way that they can be imple­men­ted. Some focal points of the trai­ning that are being prac­ticed:

  • Opti­mi­za­ti­on of per­so­nal viewing — wit­hout con­si­de­ra­ti­on of sub­jec­tive opi­ni­on
  • Lear­ning to imple­ment unex­pec­ted aspec­ts
  • Bet­ter con­trol of pri­va­te and pro­fes­sio­nal bur­dens
  • Lear­ning to view wis­hes neu­tral­ly and to shape them into fea­si­bi­li­ty
